Airsure™ is a fast reliable service that allows you to track your order online from the moment its dispatched till it reaches your door. Airsure prices start at £6.50 and go up to £9.50 depending on weight.
Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Returns information
We stand by the products we make. We believe in quality and we will not be happy until you are. So, if our products have failed you in any way, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back.
We will issue a full refund on receipt of unused goods including original postage costs. However, we can not refund any cost's you incur in returning the goods to us.
It is your responsibility to ensure any returned goods reach us. It is important that you ask the carrier to stamp and date a 'Certificate of Posting' as this proves that you sent it back to us if it gets lost in transit.
Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made. Please include the receipt and a note saying who you are and whether you want a refund or to exchange it for a different size or colour.
